This position serves as the key liaison between HR functions and departmental staff, ensuring compliance with university policies while fostering a high-performing, student-centered team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Human Resources, Educational Leadership, Organizational Psychology or related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- Four years of experience in Career Services, human resources, employee training or staff development. Experience in higher education or career services. Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of experience.
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training evaluation.
- Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple training projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Salary : $48,000 - $62,000
