Job Description
The Lead Diet Aide provides the proper food for patients, and for OSUMC Café following recipes and sanitation procedure outlined by State and Federal agencies; provides a link for any patient dietary concerns; provides food items for Café in the highest possible culinary standards. Prepares/Oversees patient and Café Food production.
Qualifications
Education: High School or GED
License/Certification: Tulsa Food Handlers Permit
Experience: 1-3 years
