  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming including G-code/M-code programming skills.
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and interpreting technical drawings for manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks or other design tools is a plus.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and perform manual machining tasks when required.
  • Knowledge of machining tools such as cutters, drills, grinders, and tooling setup procedures.
  • Understanding of GD&T standards for precise measurement and quality control in manufacturing.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and machine settings.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues efficiently.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials or equipment safely using power tools or manual handling techniques.
