About the Role:
Join our team as a Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide hands-on support, assist with daily living activities, implement behavior plans, and help clients achieve greater independence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to clients with developmental disabilities
- Administer medications safely as prescribed
- Follow behavior support strategies to encourage positive behaviors
- Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines
- Support clients in building life and social skills
- Record and track client progress and behaviors
- Maintain a safe and structured environment
Requirements:
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented for accurate data and documentation
- Must be 21 years old
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License required
- Must pass OSBI background check
