Role Description
This is a part time (possibility full time), on-site role based in Choctaw, OK, for a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist. In this role, you will assist in implementing therapy programs under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to address the rehabilitation and recovery needs of patients. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, documenting progress, educating patients on exercises and best practices for recovery, and collaborating with the care team to develop individualized treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
- Experience in Patient Care with a focus on individualized and compassionate support
- Knowledge and/or experience in Home Care for rehabilitation and therapy treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and team members
- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant or licensure as a Physical Therapist (state requirements must be met)
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of best practices and advancements in physical therapy
