What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Oklahoma On Demand Urgent Care?
Looking for a high-energy, positive and professional individual to join our team! Responsibilities will include answering the phone with enthusiasm and empathy, scheduling patients and checking them in/out. This individual will be trained on current phone and marketing strategies to encourage patient comfort and return visits. Customer service specialists will also be responsible for collecting payments and verifying insurance coverage. We are looking for someone unafraid of change and eager to be a part of a great team on a flex basis with potential for more!
