Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous filing, scanning, and document management
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes by verifying transactions and preparing reports monthly and year end.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, calculate, pay, and file bi weekly payroll taxes.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries related to billing or account information with professional phone etiquette
- Research and Problem solve accounting discrepancies.
- Other duties, as needed.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills and attention to detail in data entry and proofreading
- Experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support in a professional setting
- Ability to provide excellent customer service standards
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger postings, Payroll Report filing and Quarterly Report filing.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting Procedures
