THIS POSITION IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACT POSITION WITH THE POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY OF TRANSITIONING TO A PERMANENT STATE, FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT ROLE
Social Worker II
Pay Rate: $22.10 per hour
Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain valid car insurance as insured driver.
Basic purpose
This is a primarily remote Telework position. The candidate will need to provide a high-speed internet connection (not a hot spot) to work remotely. If candidate cannot maintain connectivity, candidate will be required to work from an OKDHS office.
This position will offer support for different groups supporting ADvantage Waiver members. ADvantage members are clients with a need for assistance to remain in their homes to prevent admittance to long term care facilities.
This position will be analyzing, providing supporting information and case documentation and/or case actions for the following (among other tasks):
• Provider Question Support (Harmony system)
• Escalated Issues Support - Determine Status of Escalated Issues pending (Harmony system)
• Research of active Critical Incidents and determine requirements needed for completion and/or assignments as needed.
• Research fraud, waste, and abuse.
Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and able to work independently on cases and/or process data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience with ADvantage Program.
NECESSARY CONNECTIVITY
Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer.
Must have stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hot spot) for telework or will be required to work in office.
