Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation, or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination of experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Duties
Position serves with the Contract Performance Review Unit as a part of the Quality Assurance team.
Reviews and evaluates the performance of contractors that provide in-home and residential supports.
Reviews and evaluates newly certified Foster Care and Adoption Resource Homes and Resource Family Partner resources.
Debriefs the QA tool for consistency and fidelity. Interprets and presents data, trends and practices to field staff, program staff, and RFP staff.
Provides second-level quality assurance for the Child and Family Service Review Unit.
Preference Statement
Preference may be given to applicants who have at least 3 years of Child Welfare experience with at least one year as a supervisor.
