Minimum Qualifications:All New Employees will complete the Case Manager Academy Training ProgramCase Manager - Level IEducation and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field* and one (1) year of professional experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or in social work, case management, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing or a closely related field; OR possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice professional nursing and one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Combination of education and experience. *For purposes of the Case Manager job family “a bachelor’s degree in a human services field includes any degree from an accredited college or university except for a degree in a physical, natural or biological science or mathematics.
