Description of Work:
- Oklahoma Healthcare Solutions is looking for an RN for home health setting.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to frequently changing tasks.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse under the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
- Must have valid driver's license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides clients/consumers with skilled nursing care or services within the established plan of care from the comfort of the clients own home.
- Assess client's/consumer's physical, psychological, social and environmental status.
- Evaluates client's home situations to determine appropriate health teaching information.
- Teaches, supervises and counsels clients/consumers regarding their care needs and related problems.
- Obtain and document verbal and/or written Physician's orders.
