The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- New business development in commercial banking to ensure that company growth and profitability objectives are met
- Developing new commercial banking relationships for the bank and, when appropriate, service existing commercial business depository and/or loan relationships to identify additional sales opportunities
- Ensuring timely and accurate assessment of risks, while also ensuring that credit relationships are risk-rated appropriately
- Meeting compliance and regulatory standards for all bank products and commercial services
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statements
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices preferred
