OVERVIEW
Diversion Hub serves justice-involved individuals in Oklahoma, Canadian, and Cleveland Counties by uniting multiple support agencies under one roof. Through coordinated services, we provide resources that stabilize lives and reduce involvement in the criminal legal system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Canadian County Site Supervisor functions as the on-site supervision for Diversion Hub’s Canadian County location and ensures smooth daily operations, effective teamwork, and strong external relationships. This position provides direct supervision of site staff, maintains accountability to program standards, and serves as the primary liaison with Canadian County partners and Diversion Hub executive leadership. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Canadian County Diversion Hub site.
- Providing direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for assigned staff.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Canadian County judges, court staff, attorneys, jail leadership, probation, and community partners.
- Ensuring high-quality, client-centered service delivery aligned with Diversion Hub standards and best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with county stakeholders to ensure consistent collaboration and referral flow.
- Supporting staff with complex cases, court coordination, and crisis situations as needed.
- Monitoring caseload flow, referrals, and client engagement to ensure timely and effective services.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, data entry, and reporting requirements are met.
- Preparing and submitting extensive monthly programmatic and operational reports to Diversion Hub leadership.
- Attending monthly leadership meetings with Diversion Hub executive and program leadership.
- Collaborating with leadership on program development, quality improvement, and operational needs.
- Maintaining compliance with court requirements, agency policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Participating in leadership meetings, training, and agency-wide initiatives.
- Intervening in client concerns, complaints, or escalated situations as required.
- Supporting on-site programming, partner coordination, and special events.
- Performing any other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the position.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social work, communication, criminal justice, political science, or similar human service area.
- Preferred experience in staff management and/or organizational leadership.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Clearance of background check.
- Must have own transportation for site visits. Valid driver’s license and insurance on motor vehicle in accordance with state law and agency requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit over long periods of time and be able to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl climb stairs, lift and or move items of up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written. Must be able to manually operate and use a computer. Must be able to clearly hear and understand telephone conversations.
