Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing skills lab and simulation activities.
- Support students in developing clinical skills and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide effective learning experiences.
- Assist with skills testing, lab instruction, and simulation preparation.
- Maintain lab equipment, supplies, inventory, and records.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Communicate student progress and lab needs with faculty.
- Participate in program development, meetings, and ongoing professional growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal
- Strong organizational skills
- Active member of a local church that is aligned with OC’s Christian mission
