- Events & Visits: Coordinate individual meetings, group info sessions, and campus visits.
- Alumni Collaboration: Partner with the Office of Alumni Relations to mobilize alumni for transfer student recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree a plus); higher education, admissions, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Faith Alignment: Active member of a local church, aligned with OC’s Christian mission, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference.
- Communication: Exceptional oral/written communication skills, including public speaking and effective use of social media.
- Work Style: Self-motivated starter who works well independently, yet functions as a collaborative, adaptable team player.
- Professional Attributes: Impeccable integrity, strong organizational skills, calm under pressure, and highly discreet with sensitive information.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to connect, communicate, and positively engage with students and colleagues.
- Institutional Knowledge: Familiarity with Oklahoma Christian University.
- Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Extensive year-round travel, including evening and weekend events.
- Primarily indoor office setting with outdoor exposure during travel and events
