RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential clients and opportunities
- Develop and implement effective account plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Help estimate costs for HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation projects
- Coordinate technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment with client needs
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling, accurate, and detailed proposals and present them to clients
- Review and finalize proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment on all aspects
- Document activities and convey information to the rest of the team
- Maintain appropriate contact with customers at all levels, especially decision makers
- Manage the client experience by effectively communicating with other team members
- Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices
- Proven track record of successful sales in the commercial HVAC industry or similar field
- Understanding of HVAC systems and applications in commercial settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong desire to learn
- Salary Commission = $75k-$200k
