What You’ll Do
- Lead Signature Programs: Oversee and grow impactful initiatives like Anytown Leadership Institute, Youth Leadership Forum, and Interfaith Initiatives.
- Drive Statewide Impact: Develop strategies to expand program reach and participation across Oklahoma.
- Deliver Customized Training: Facilitate workshops for corporations, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations aligned with OCCJ’s mission.
- Ensure Excellence: Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
- Manage Resources: Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance for grants and funders.
- Build Partnerships: Engage in outreach to strengthen OCCJ’s presence and community relationships.
- Mentor & Inspire: Lead interns and volunteers, fostering growth and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience leading programs and influencing teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational and project management expertise.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Trello, Zoom, Slack (Canva is a plus).
- Comfortable facilitating groups and managing classroom dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; nonprofit experience a bonus.
