The Practice Supervisor will manage practice activities and the assigned operational areas for OCSRI Bartlesville Clinic. Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short-and-long range planning to achieve and maintain growth. Continually evaluates practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred. Minimum of five years of office administration and/or clerical experience. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- Word/Excell) required. Knowledge of clerical administration, principles, and practices of basic office management is highly desired. Must have knowledge of procedures and systems to include filing requirements, record keeping, and financial budget for practice.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
