- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and operating POS systems
- Culinary knowledge to describe menu items accurately
- Ability to assist with bussing tables when needed
