Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and sanitation
- Enhance customer experience by offering suggestions on food offerings
- Handle cash and card payments accurately while managing cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including food handling and bussing duties
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance
- Support team members in food preparation, serving, and cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Clover POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Experience in culinary arts or kitchen environments is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
