Job Description Assistant General Counsel IV About the Position: The incumbent will represent the agency, its Board, and agency personnel in legal proceedings and will be responsible for a wide array of legal issues to include employment law, constitutional law and civil rights, EMTALA, mental health law, department investigations, legislation, policies, ethics, and litigation in all state and federal courts along with other tribunals.
