Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, RN) to join our team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. In this leadership role, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring quality resident care, and guiding our team of nurses and CNAs in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
This is a full-time opportunity for an RN with leadership experience who is looking to grow within a supportive organization.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus available.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation
- Prior leadership experience preferred (ADON, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, etc.)
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Commitment to person-centered care and quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department
- Support staff education, training, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor resident care and participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical workflow
- Participate in infection control, QA/QAPI, and survey readiness
