We are seeking high energy Elite Bartenders that thrive in high-volume, high-touch environments!
Position Overview:
Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, take drink orders, provide recommendations, ensure a positive experience at the bar.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and manage inventory to ensure the bar operates smoothly.
Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately calculate tabs, and process payments.
Compliance and Safety: Verify the age of customers to comply with legal drinking age regulations and follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-service or high-volume bar.
- You know your specs, you shake like a pro, and you love talking flavor profiles with guests.
- Service-obsessed - hospitality is the show and you're the star.
- Sharp, composed, and guest focused. Always polished and always present.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Prior experience with POS systems basics.
- Prior cash handling experience.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
