- Perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers
- Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio are meeting Brand operational standards and food safety standards
- Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
- Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
- Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the team
- Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.
- Treat all employees with respect and dignity, modeling professionalism and integrity with every interaction

- You have at least on year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
- You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
