Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting daily office operations through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be part time, 20-30 hours weekly, must be in office at least 3 days a week, Fridays are not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages as needed
- Assist HR team with general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and scanning
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Schedule interviews
- Maintain front desk organization and visitor sign-in procedures
- Support administrative staff with clerical tasks and special projects as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
