Roles & Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and maintain Itron UtilityIQ (UIQ) application functionality.
Support UIQ enhancements, upgrades, patches, and modernization initiatives.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
Design and support integrations between UIQ and core enterprise applications.
Enable seamless exchange of customer, service point, meter, and consumption data.
Support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) operations.
Configure meter communication, collection schedules, and device groups.
Manage interval and scalar meter data collection and validation.
Troubleshoot meter communication, device events, and usage issues.
