Roles & Responsibilities
Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP Vertex
Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP Vertex integration
Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA
