Your Role
- Supervise daily operations of the Waterpark Guest Admissions team to ensure efficient guest entry and ticketing operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate Curators to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor guest flow, wait times, and operational efficiency throughout the admissions areas
- Ensure all admission procedures, wristband distribution, cash handling, and ticket validation processes are followed accurately
- Assist with staffing coverage, shift assignments, breaks, and operational support during high-volume periods
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new Curators within the Admissions Department
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all guest-facing admission areas
- Work collaboratively with Waterpark Operations, Security, Retail, and Guest Services teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist leadership with operational reporting, incident documentation, and guest recovery opportunities as needed
- Ensure compliance with resort safety standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Promote a positive, engaging, and team-oriented work environment that aligns with the OKANA culture
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, attractions, admissions, retail, entertainment, or guest services preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills with an engaging and professional personality
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple operational departments
- Basic computer and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs. when needed
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and supporting team success within a resort environment
