In this role, you will actively engage with customers, handling any needs or concerns, and promoting return business. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers both in person and over the phone, contacting customers to increase sales and profitability, and completing sales call reports as requested.
We are looking for someone who can determine customer needs and provide the best available options or alternate solutions. You will also assist with outside sales, selling OK Tire Store, Inc supported products, and working with our Corporate Sales Manager and Service Manager to improve service times and increase customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new strategies. Candidates with 2-3 years of sales, service writing, and/or tire industry experience will be given strong preference.
