This is a full-time on-site role located in Rochester, NH, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure organizational efficiency, and manage resources effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, monitoring organizational performance, developing and implementing processes, and fostering team collaboration. Additional tasks may include reporting on operational metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards, and identifying areas for improvement within operational practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee workflows, delegate tasks, and improve processes
- Experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor teams and facilitate collaboration
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize operations and address challenges
