- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high levels of productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, creatives and other departments to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Manage the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment and office supplies to support ongoing projects.
- Identify and address operational issues, troubleshoot problems as they arise and implement solutions that prevent reoccurrence.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services needed for campaigns or internal operations.
- Develop and implement new operational processes, tools and best practices to improve efficiency, streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor operational costs and assist in budgeting and cost management to maintain a cost-effective operation
- Ensure that the office environment is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations regarding health and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational challenges and project status updates for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in operations management or a related role.
