Position Summary: Responsible for adjusting breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specificaitons:
- Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Verify correct ingredients are being used.
- Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets.
- Adjust product flow.
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
- Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment.
- Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
