What you’ll do: Be part of a talented engineering team to build a compelling digital experience that engages with consumers who are in the process of making important purchasing decisions Write code, write a lot of code, write better code while you are at it Participate in building a strong culture that values learning and collaboration Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing and implementation activities. Propose new techniques and technologies for software development. Perform code reviews and recommend improvements. Work to complete assigned development tasks within deadlines. Work in compliance with coding standards and best practices. Review business requirements and recommend changes to develop reliable applications. Develop coding documentation and other technical specifications for assigned projects when asked. Who you are: 5 years of hands on development experience Strong communication skills An appetite to learn the craft of software development Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or other front-end technologies Comfortable with relational databases and SQL Computer Science or other technical degree (or equivalent job experience) Experience building a consumer web application Experience building maintainable systems supported by automated tests Why you’ll love working here: You’ll be surrounded by talented, dedicated people who believe in the company’s mission.
