- Prepare and revise survey drawings and maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Ensure accuracy and precision in representing land topography and features, working closely with surveyors and engineers.
- Generate various types of survey drawings, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout plans, and as-built drawings.
- Interpreting field data (e.g., point elevations, distances, angles) and converting it into accurate and detailed drawings.
- Understanding and interpreting engineering plans, architectural plans, and other relevant documents to create accurate drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create and modify survey drawings.
- Organizing and maintaining digital and paper-based survey records.
- Communicating with surveyors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete drawings.
- May occasionally be involved in field work for site inspections, research, or quality assurance.
- Searching legal and survey records to obtain information about property boundaries and other relevant data.
- Valid driver's license, clean background check and drug screening
