What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at OJB Landscape Architecture?
Roles Responsibilities
- Assists Marketing Manager and/or Marketing director with coordination and preparation of responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and presentation materials in Adobe InDesign
- Meets assigned deadlines for all RFQs, RFPs and presentations
- Maintains and develops new relationships with consultants to assist the Pursuit Team in creating the most strategically positioned and technically competent team to win the work
- Supports and maintains the firm’s business development log
- Develops and maintains marketing collateral, including but not limited to project sheets, resumes, presentation slides, newsletters, award submissions, and other marketing materials
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Interfaces with staff at all levels of the organization as well as clients and partners
- Demonstrates
- Organizes project photography
- Performs research of new opportunities, project/site background, and clients
- Supports social media efforts
- Utilizes content management system to maintain/update the firm’s website
- Assists the marketing team with special projects as needed
Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field
- 0-4 years professional work experience
- Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
Salary : $72,000 - $95,000
