NOW HIRING – Forklift Operator / Yard & Inventory Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado
A growing Denver truck equipment company is seeking a dependable, hardworking Forklift Operator / Yard & Inventory Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for safely operating forklifts, managing inventory, organizing the warehouse and yard, and ensuring parts and equipment are ready for production.

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate large forklifts to unload and move dump bodies, flatbeds, service bodies, cranes, and other truck equipment.
- Operate smaller forklifts to unload LTL shipments, pallets, and daily deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, identify, and stock incoming parts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory control of parts, truck equipment, and shop supplies.
- Pull and stage parts and materials for mechanics based on scheduled work orders.
- Label and organize inventory to ensure parts are easy to locate and available when needed.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelving, storage areas, and outdoor yard inventory.
- Load and unload customer vehicles, vendor deliveries, and company trucks.
- Secure and tie down loads for transport.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the warehouse and yard.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Perform general yard maintenance and support other shop operations as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous forklift operating experience.
- Ability to safely operate large-capacity forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors approximately 90% of the workday.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory or warehouse management experience.
- Experience identifying truck equipment parts and components.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience securing loads for transport.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- No nights or mandatory weekends
- Overtime opportunities available

- Starting Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
