Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator for a contract, hybrid/remote role based in San Diego, CA. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing social media content across various platforms. Daily tasks include creating engaging written and visual content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on current social media trends. This role will also involve working closely with our internal teams to ensure the content aligns with the company’s vision, voice, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Captivating Visual Design
- Experience with Social Media Strategies, Campaign Planning, and Content Calendars
- Proficiency in Analytics Tools to track and improve performance
- Experience in Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media trends, branding, and community engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
