Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their gutter needs through on-site inspections
- Provide expert recommendations and explain product options clearly and professionally
- Prepare accurate estimates and present proposals in a way that builds trust and confidence
- Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and finalize sales
- Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, measurements, and customer interactions
- Achieving monthly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Prospect for new business
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred; construction or home improvement background a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roofline inspections
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Physical Demands Summary
