Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, assisting customers with their wireless needs, recommending products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You’ll also support daily store operations and work as part of a dynamic team to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with wireless devices, plans, and accessories
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and transactions in a professional manner
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising and cleanliness
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and motivated by sales success
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and POS (point of sale) skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
