Overview: We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position would be a good fit for someone who is detail oriented, dependable, friendly, not afraid to ask questions and has a history of good attendance.
This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. (pay range noted depends on licensure and experience)
Knowledge of childhood immunizations and Pediatric experience a plus!

Duties
- Interact with families and patients, talk on the phone, take vital signs, give vaccines, follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Be a team player, support the clinic while being kind and helpful to all.
Requirements
- Current Washington state license.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pediatric vaccines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to providing quality and compassionate care to all patients.
