Job Summary
We are a high-end automotive restyling shop specializing in paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and ceramic coatings. We take pride in delivering top-tier quality work and expect the same level of craftsmanship from every team member.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced PPF Installer who can perform full and partial installations with precision and efficiency. This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have proven, hands-on experience installing PPF professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Install PPF on vehicles (full wraps, partials, custom cuts)
- Perform bulk installs and/or plotter installs with high accuracy
- Prep vehicles properly (wash, clay, panel prep)
- Ensure clean edges, no contamination, and flawless finishes
- Maintain a high level of efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Inspect finished work to meet company standards
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY):
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional PPF installation experience (REQUIRED)
- Must be able to install full front ends and full vehicles independently
- Strong knowledge of PPF techniques (bulk, stretch, tack, edge wrapping)
- Experience with major film brands (XPEL, 3M, SunTek, etc.)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vinyl wraps and/or ceramic coatings
