Job Summary:
- Execute the daily operation requirements as instructed by management. Must have a valid driver’s license and be a self-starter that is capable to deliver the desired customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Diagnose technical issues, determine proper solutions, and document these processes.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow safe work practices, procedures and rules. Safety is a major part of our work every day.
- Perform and manage assigned service calls effectively.
- Demonstrate good housekeeping practices before leaving a customer’s location.
- Help your fellow crew members if your task is completed.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
- Outfit your vehicle with the supplies available at the yard. If additional items are required, you must procure the items you may need to perform and complete the job. This helps to cut down on costly trips back and forth from the yard to location and reduces our carbon footprint.
- Follow company procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requires (Education, Experience):
- Carries a valid driver license.
- Safety Training preferred.
- Mechanically inclined on basic equipment upkeep.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- 6 months in related field experience a minimum.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The incumbent must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. There is a potential exposure to extreme heat and cold, uneven surfaces, etc.
