About Us:
We are a fast-paced cannabis extraction company seeking a motivated Lab Technician I to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist in the extraction and refinement of cannabis products, focusing on prepping raw material for the production of crude oil and maintaining shop floor operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and has a basic understanding of cannabis extraction processes. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep and mill plant material for extraction
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, extraction tools, glassware, and collection vessels
  • Maintain inventory levels for all necessary materials and supplies
  • Weigh, record, and track batches according to company procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor process conditions and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Safely handle solvents and chemicals
  • Follow workflow instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Assist with various lab and production tasks as needed
  • Meet physical requirements such as bending, standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
  • Work in challenging environments (e.g., hot/cold temperatures, bright lights, busy production days)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Must be at least 21 years old (state law requirement)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in cannabis extraction or a similar lab setting preferred
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute or relocate as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.76 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $21 - $25
