About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of residents to identify and develop personalized therapy plans
Providing individualized physical therapy treatments to help residents achieve their goals, including strengthening, flexibility, and mobility exercises
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
Monitoring and documenting resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educating residents, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for residents
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify resident needs and develop goals
Provide individual and group physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes
