The Personal Care Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, regulatory compliance, and quality of resident care in the personal care units of Clarion Nursing & Rehab and Oil City Nursing & Rehab. This role ensures that residents receive compassionate, high-quality services in a safe and supportive environment. The Administrator will provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff while fostering a culture of teamwork and resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the personal care units at both facilities.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing personal care homes.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and professional development.
Manage resident admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance for the personal care units.
Ensure proper maintenance of resident records, reports, and documentation.
Respond promptly and effectively to resident, family, or staff concerns.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for all residents.
Split time between Clarion Nursing & Rehab and Oil City Nursing & Rehab as scheduled, ensuring strong leadership presence at both facilities.
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) certification required.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in personal care, assisted living, or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of state regulations and personal care home standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across two facilities effectively.

Schedule & Travel:
Position requires consistent on-site leadership at both Clarion Nursing & Rehab and Oil City Nursing & Rehab.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites is required.
