📌 NOW HIRING: Experienced Bookkeeper (5 Years) – Fort Lauderdale, FL
We’re looking for a high-level Bookkeeper with 5 years of hands-on accounting experience to join our team. This position plays a major role in our financial operations and works closely with our CFO and accounting department.
⭐ Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Complete month-end work including P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial reports
- Prepare detailed reports for our CFO and external accountants
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting tasks
- Work collaboratively with office staff and management
- 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Expert-level QuickBooks (Desktop Online preferred)
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and general ledger
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Great communicator, people person, and team player
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Strong Excel skills a plus
Fort Lauderdale, FL – On-site position.
Salary $45k to $65k
