Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog) to meet client-specific SLAs and compliance standards.
- Lead discovery workshops to map business processes to ITIL-aligned workflows and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, client scripts, workflow rules, and business rules to automate operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business units to ensure seamless integration of ITSM processes with existing enterprise systems.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training documentation, and deliver post-go-live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents, process maps, and governance frameworks to ensure long-term scalability and audit readiness.
