Job Title: General Cleaner

Wage: $16-$22 hr. Plus Bonuses & Tips

Available hours: 10-20hrs per week. Occasional weekends. Primarily Monday - Thursday between hours of 8:45am-4pm. Additional weekday shifts available.

Job Description: Looking for highly skilled dust-buffalo wranglers and germ eliminating virtuosos that are comfortable applying their cleaning powers to residential homes, vacation rentals, business, and post construction sites in the greater Missoula area. Cleaning positions are perfect for those looking for a flexible schedule, that enjoy listing to music and podcasts and love their jobs to be physically active with a since of independence accomplishment at the end of the day.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Create and Maintain dirt- and germ-free spaces for clients.

Understand various cleaning products and processes and how to use and apply them in various types of spaces.

Keep cleaning kits cleaned and stocked with appropriate supplies.

Report damaged items.

Show up to scheduled shifts

Skills and Abilities:

Capable of sustaining a high level of activity up to 8hrs per day including but not limited to:

Lifting up to 35lbs, continuous standing on your feet, bending, scrubbing, climbing stairs with a load, pushing vacuums and mops, and moving furniture of various sizes.

Ability to work independently or in teams.

Must have strategic problem solving skills.

Possess the ability to time manage with a focus on organizing physical tasks efficiently.

Competent in learning and using phone apps for work scheduling, tracking hours, and documenting client account information.

High level of interpersonal skills, including ability to clearly communicate in an appropriate and friendly manner.

Good sense of hummer and easy laughter is always a bonus!

Requirements:

Must be 18yrs or older.

Must have dependable transportation with the capacity to haul a small amount of equipment to job sites.

Must have a dependable cell phone compatible with scheduling apps.

All applicants must clear a background check before employment.

Must be reliable, with a history of showing up to shifts consistently.
