Institute of Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Business Office Supervisor to join our patient-focused team!
Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and experienced healthcare leader to oversee our Business Office Team. This role partners closely with the Administrator and ensures efficient front-end operations, strong compliance, and a positive, high-performing team environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead Business Office staff
- Coach employees and address performance or behavioral issues
- Maintain accountability while supporting team morale
- Train and onboard new team members
- Oversee patient registration processes
- Ensure accurate insurance verification and demographic information
- Manage high patient volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritize and handle multiple requests effectively
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Oversee medical records release procedures
- Provide strong customer service and handle escalations

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and medical records
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Radiology workflow experience is a plus
