OHT Multifamily Development is seeking a motivated Analyst to support investor relations and lender reporting.
This role works closely with the Director of Investor Relations, providing analytical reporting and coordination support across equity and debt initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone with a finance or accounting background who is eager to learn and grow within real estate and construction, with exposure to project finance, capital structures, and investor communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare lender reporting, track covenants, and support loan closings and refinancings
• Assist with quarterly investor reporting, fundraising workflows, and investor communications
• Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and capital account records
• Support the development of pitch decks, social media, collateral, and offering materials
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and research
• Coordinate documentation, workflows, and cross-functional timelines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in real estate, capital markets, or investment environments
• Familiarity with investor portals/CRMs (Juniper Square), accounting software (QuickBooks), or design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)
